These seven core values describe the underlying DNA of how we live out the mission of Christ....
We will build our lives, our families and our community on the foundation of God’s Word. We will authentically face the journey of becoming fully devoted followers of Christ. - 2 Timothy 3:16-17, Mark 8:33-35, Acts 2:42-47
We are spiritual contributors not spiritual consumers. The church does not exist for us. We are the church and we exist for the world. The local church is the hope of the world and we can accomplish infinitely more together than apart. - Ephesians 4:11-12, Ephesians 4:16, John 13:14-15
We will love people when they least expect it and least deserve it. Every person is infinitely important to Christ and to critically important to the story God is writing in this world. - John 13:34-35, John 4:1-26
We will gather in life groups because spiritual growth happens best in community relationships. We will laugh hard, loud and often. Nothing is more fun than serving God with people you love! - Mark 3:13-14, Hebrews 10:24-25, John 10:10
We will do anything short of sin to reach people without Christ. To reach people no one is reaching we will have to do things no one is doing. - 1 Corinthians 9:19,22-23, Luke 15
We will lead with irrational generosity. We can’t out-give God. We truly believe it is more blessed to give than to receive. We will give up things we love for things we love more. It’s an honor to sacrifice for Christ and His church. - Acts 4:32,36, Acts 5:28-29, 40-41
We are faith-filled, risk takers who will never insult God with small thinking and safe living. Because God is always doing a new thing, we will continually adapt and rethink church in an ever- changing culture. We will communicate the changeless message of Christ in relevant and changing ways. - Hebrews 11, Acts 4:1-22, Isaiah 43:18-19
