Why 4-D?
Donuts. What else? We serve donuts every Sunday morning. What kid doesn’t want a donut to
start their day?
But seriously, sometimes when people think of God, they think he is distant, aloof and
unconnected to their everyday life. If that’s you…you are not alone. That’s is exactly how most of
us felt about God before we began a personal relationship with Christ. What we found is that He
is near reaching out to every one of us. In Christ, we found what it is like to really live not just
with the 3 physical dimensions we see with our eyes, but to engage life spiritually.
God is always reaching out to help us take a next step forward. And whether you are new to
church, or been going all your life, every one of us has a next step to take this week. And the truth
is next step we each need to take is always a little bit challenging (if it was easy, we would all
have taken it already). For many of us, connecting in a church was the first step we took. There is
something transforming about listening to God's word together with others that really can grow us
in ways we could never experience by ourselves.
What you find at Epic is a bunch of people just like you who are not only struggling with taking
their next step, but experiencing the joy and excitement of knowing God is there right beside
helping us to become all we desire to be.
